KEY ENTRY STEPS:
- Complete entry form linked from bottom of this page.
- Receive email confirmation with instructions on how to pay entry fee.
- Receive email receipt. Receive race number. Team Entry Confirmed.
- Confirm rider selection and submit Vehicle “Passport” by March 31st/2009.
NOTES:
- Further details will be provided through our online team portal. Access details will be sent to the key contact nominated for your team.
- Multiple vehicles cannot be entered on to the same form. Separate entries must be made for each vehicle entered. Each entry is treated independently. A single team can enter as many vehicles as they wish.
- Rider eligibility MUST be confirmed by the ACU (www.acu.org.uk). For more details, click here. Please complete the ACU TT entry form available on the ACU website.
- TTXGP will provide as much assistance as possible to teams seeking a rider. However, the final responsibility for securing a rider is with the team and not with TTXGP.
- Race Liability Insurance has been kindly provided by the ACU for all TTXGP entrants. Details of the insurance will be provided to all eligible riders.
- All teams will be eligible for financial assistance towards travel costs based on the distance travelled from their home country to the Isle of Man. Details of how to claim will be sent to all accepted teams.
PASSPORT:
- You will be required to submit a technical construction file to be accepted for entry.
- This document must describe the key characteristics of the machine, and what design approach has been taken in order to comply with the TTXGP rules.
- Teams will also be required to submit a safety case, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) or HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study), with their TCF, and to have had their design signed off by a safety officer within their own team. This person should be a Chartered engineer (e.g. C.Eng. or Eur. Ing.). Ideally the safety officer should be a member of the IET, the Institute of Engineering and Technology (www.theiet.org), or local equivalent. This file will be treated in the strictest confidence by TTXGP and their technical advisory panel. Details of the Passport will be sent in due course.
PRIZES:
TTXGP has commissioned two trophies to celebrate the TTXGP. These will be unveiled in 2009.

- OPEN CLASS: “TTXGP SNAEFELL OPEN TROPHY 2009”
ENTRY FEES:

ALL teams will be eligible for an cross-the-finish-line bonus of £250.
